From Wikipedia: Obesity is a medical condition in which excess body fat has accumulated to the extent that it may have an adverse effect on health, leading to reduced life expectancy and/or increased health problems.
From WHO: Overweight and obesity are defined as abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that presents a risk to health.
Someone who has a weight 20% higher than the middle value range of normal weight is considered obese.

- morbid obesity: 41-100% overweight
- super obesity: excess body weight> 100% (by weight obesity was found among the 5% of people who are obese).
